Due to the limited quantity of each item, we do not offer REFUNDS. We only offer size or product exchanges. A request for an exchange must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order, via Email. Float is not responsible for return shipping costs unless you received a faulty item.
We are happy to exchange your item for a new size or a replacement. Items are eligible for exchange if it is within 10 days of receiving your item in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a one time exchange only.
To initiate an exchange, reply to your order confirmation email or contact floatswimwear.us@gmail.com. Please do not forget to put your order number and full name in the subject line. If exchanging, indicate style, size, and color of the item/s you are requesting. A customer care team member will respond within 48 hours to approve the items for return.
The item/s must be returned to our Hawaii HQ within 10 days and will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the returned package.
All returns are at the cost of the customer, but exchanges will ship free.
